Payment

To hold Taylor Audio’s services for your date we require a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is necessary please notify us as soon as possible. You are welcome to make the payment in full anytime before the event. However, before the event begins, your balance must be paid in full to receive Taylor Audio’s services.

Why do we require a deposit to hold your date?

TTo make a booking formal with Taylor Audio, we require two things. One is a signed contract of service and the other is the deposit. The contract is a legal document showing a agreement between Taylor Audio and the client, the deposit shows Taylor Audio that the client is committed to holding the event. Once these requirements are met the equipment and staff needed for your event will be reserved.
